Kinaxis has appointed Razat Gaurav as its new CEO, effective January 12, 2026. Razat, formerly CEO of Planview and LLamasoft, brings more than 25 years of supply chain expertise. He succeeds interim CEO, Bob Courteau, and will lead Kinaxis’ s AI-driven innovation and global supply chain orchestration through its Maestro platform.
