New research from Gartner suggests that supply chain and procurement leaders can better address long-term resource constraints by focusing on the immediate risks that threaten business viability . The research , which shows three key barriers preventing supply chain leaders from taking sufficient action , was presented by experts at Gartner ’ s Supply Chain Symposium in Barcelona .
