The initial phase focused on supplier management, enabling digital onboarding, qualification and evaluation of 1,500 suppliers. This digital transformation improves decision-making by centralising supplier data and performance insights. The initiative aligns procurement strategies with sustainability goals, ensuring compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive( CSRD) standards.
