The project involved creating a new identity for the company’ s supply chain and procurement functions and elevating their supplier relationships to true partnerships. The results have been transformative, with improvements in efficiency, inventory management and team morale.
Joselina adds:“ We created a mission statement, a vision statement and guiding principles for the supply chain to be energised and have representation within the company.
“ It’ s been amazing to see the supply chain in the front row rather than the back seat.”
Scaling STRACTIX Looking ahead, Joselina is laser-focused on scaling STRACTIX – first regionally and then globally – while enhancing its service offering with more business cases, white papers and a wider suite of capabilities.
However, her vision remains centred on the people-first approach that defines the company’ s ethos.
Joselina concludes:“ We believe supply chain and procurement are where the future lies, but so is peoplecentred leadership and creating a culture that’ s all about people first.
“ That’ s what excites me the most and the reason STRACTIX exists.”
