" SIOP is not just a supply chain or manufacturing tool," Carlo emphasises. " It is a company-wide tool that provides accuracy in volumes, production and even manpower planning."
The system is also contributing to sustainability goals by enabling more efficient production scheduling and reducing unnecessary operational hours.
