Donna Sinnick is the Chief Delivery Officer at Babcock International Group( Babcock), where she leads global delivery and transformation, management, engineering, IT, cyber, procurement, quality and supply chain.
She explains:“ I’ ve worked in defence for nearly three decades. My whole life, however, has been in and around defence because both my parents were in the military. I very much grew up in that defence environment. It wasn’ t a conscious decision for me to work within the defence industry, but having had what has already been an incredible career, it is not something that I would change now.”
