Q . HOW IS CROWN WORLDWIDE ENHANCING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY ?

» When it comes to efficiency , we tend to focus on , “ what will make it simpler ?”. Technology is quite often one route for this . We ’ re investing in technology across all our brands to drive efficiencies , while encouraging our clients to think about digitalising more of their own businesses for greater efficiency .

This applies to our own internal activity , such as digitalising HR processes so that experts in that department can focus more on enhancing employee experience . But it equally applies to customer activity , too – using technology to ensure clients can self-serve and access data at their fingertips .
As a group of companies , we also drive efficiencies in areas such as fleet and manpower through sharing of these resources . Enhancements in fleet
