Hendrik has worked at DHL Supply Chain for 16 years, during which time he has taken up positions in locations including South Africa and Poland.

Having led the business in various regions, such as South Africa and Eastern Europe, he became CEO of DHL Supply Chain in 2025, taking over from Oscar de Bok.

His priorities include a focus on customer experience, believing it to be central to DHL’ s mission.

Before joining DHL, Hendrik worked at consumer goods giant Colgate-Palmolive for almost 15 years, including in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands.

Hendrik has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Hons. B. B & A of Business Management & Administration.
