Jens joined DSV way back in 2002 as Group Chief Financial Officer, a role he held for almost 20 years. Following stints as Group Chief Operating Officer and Vice CEO, he became Group CEO in 2024, putting him in charge of a global team that is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods for thousands of businesses.
Having gained his MSc in Finance and Audit from Copenhagen Business School, Jens began his professional career as an auditor, before moving into corporate finance.
Today, as CEO of DSV, he leads a team of 160,000 and a network spanning more than 80 countries. Jens is laser-focused on inclusivity and empowerment in the workforce, while committing to a greener future for logistics.
