“ It’ s evolved into something much bigger, especially now we’ re collecting data from an ESG perspective,” Katie explains.“ Carbon has actually always been on the agenda – we’ ve been collecting that sort of information for 15-20 years – but obviously the buzzwords have come along and changed that.”
