London-based Wei Chen is an experienced Supply Chain expert with a demonstrated history of working in the luxury goods and retail sector , currently at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc . as Vice President of Supply Chain . Previously , she spent over a decade at designer goods giant Burberry , with roles including Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence and Supply Chain Excellence Director . She has a Bachelor of Law in International Economics Law from Shanghai Maritime University and a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University .

With over two decades at telecommunications company AT & T under her belt , Susan Johnson – Executive VP of Global Connections and Supply Chain – leads a dedicated team defining strategy to transition customers to newer products and pull costs from copper-based infrastructure . She has a background in finance and investment banking , having started at AT & T as the Chief Financial Director ( Long Distance ) in 1995 and then been an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney 1991- 94 . She gained her degree in Economics from Northwestern University and her MBA in Finance & Strategic Planning from The Wharton School .
