German industry leader Dorothea von Boxberg started at Lufthansa Cargo in 2015 , becoming CEO and Chairperson of their three-person Executive Board in 2021 , while also holding a seat on the Executive Board of the German Logistics Association . She studied Industrial Engineering at TU Berlin and as part of a doubledegree programme at ESCP Paris , following this by going on to work globally in multiple sectors .
