Ivanka Janssen has more than 20 years ' international management experience in operations , manufacturing , supply chain , route to market , logistics , customer service and procurement environments . She has also designed and implemented comprehensive global supply chain strategies and managed logistics and customer service operations .

Ivanka joined Philips in 2019 in Hong Kong as SVP Global Integrated Supply Chain before relocating to Switzerland in 2021 to take up the Chief Supply Chain Officer role . Previously , she spent nearly four years at PepsiCo , based in Switzerland , as Supply Chain leads for Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa , responsible for endto-end operations with more than 25 manufacturing sites and 100 third-party bottling facilities . She also held supply chain leadership roles at Diageo , six years in London , and 13 years with Altria where she held diverse roles with increasing responsibilities .

Her specialties include customer-driven supply chain strategies , direct-to-consumer , e-fulfillment , digital supply chain , AI and ML , customer collaboration , sales and operations planning , logistics and procurement , route-to-market strategies , and leading large scale manufacturing in the food and beverages industry .

Leading all aspects of Mondelēz International ' s global supply chain including procurement , manufacturing , logistics , engineering , sustainability and safety , Sandra MacQuillan is passionate about the role the supply chain plays .

MacQuillan joined the company in June 2019 from Kimberly-Clark where she was their first-ever Supply Chain Officer . She built their Supply Chain and Supply Chain Leadership team , and under her management , this work resulted in best-in-class performance in cost-savings and step-changes in cash , customer service , quality , safety and sustainability .

Prior to her time at Kimberly-Clark , MacQuillan worked at Mars Incorporated for more than 20 years , holding supply chain positions of increasing responsibility around the world .

She has extensive international experience and has lived and worked in North America , Europe , Eastern Europe and the Middle East . She is on the Board for Trimble , serves on the SCM World ' s Executive Advisory Board and is a Trustee for Atlanta International School , Atlanta , Georgia . A chartered mechanical engineer , she was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers in 2011 .
