Chief Supply Chain Officer HP
Ernest Nicolas is Chief Supply Chain Officer for HP , whose global supply chain delivers more than 100 million products to customers each year through a network of HP and original design manufacture ( ODM ) factories , logistics providers , and other partners .
As part of his role , Nicolas also drives HP ' s social and environmental sustainability efforts . He joined HP in 2022 , bringing more than 25 years ' global experience in endto-end , integrated supply chain functions . His experience includes industrial engineering , production management , and supply chain planning with General Motors .
In 2006 he joined Rockwell Automation , where he excelled in project management , supply chain planning , manufacturing operations , strategic sourcing , and logistics . He also worked across customer service functions in North America and Asia , before being named Senior VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2019 .
Nicolas serves on the Board of Directors for Avient Corporation – a global manufacturer of specialised polymer materials – and is an Advisory Board member for Wahl Clipper Corporation , which manufactures and markets grooming products .
He describes himself as , " a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion ", and is a member of the Executive Leadership Council , which grooms the next generation of diverse corporate leaders .
