In a 20-year-career Susan Johnson has served in a variety of positions within the AT & T portfolio of companies . Currently Executive Vice President of Global Connections and Supply Chain , she is in charge of strategic sourcing , purchasing , supplier diversity , sustainability and supply chain logistics . She began her career at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney before joining SBC in 1995 .
