To meet the second condition , TYTAL planned early on by hiring ITESM ( Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education ) graduates , with knowledge in quality control areas . Some of these new hires will be offered a scholarship abroad to become certified in the highest levels of quality control operations .
