As the first footprint has expanded it had to establish new real estate , pay rolls and recruitment in different geographies . “ Growth is a good problem to have ,” laughs Lupu , “ but it ’ s still a challenge .”
To tackle this , UiPath ’ s procurement team have worked hard to develop strong industry links and vendor partnerships that are able to keep pace with the firm ’ s global vision .
“ We don ’ t see these firms as suppliers or vendors , they ’ re partners because when we try to go global , we need partners that will stick by us , who will insulate us , and be able to adapt to the market ,” Lupu explains .
