Richard Howells
Richard Howells has been a part of SAP since 2004 , although his experience in SCM and manufacturing stretch back over 25 years . Holding a BSc in computer science from the University of South Wales , Howells ’ interest in tech permeates his current role , which requires him to be knowledgeable about the internet of things ( IoT ), artificial intelligence ( AI ), machine learning ( ML ) and blockchain .
