She has a varied remit that covers sourcing and supplier management , contracts , purchasing , travel , contingent workforce , ethics , risk , and supplier diversity . A proven leader , Lopez held senior leadership roles at Hewlett Packard and American healthcare consortium Kaiser Permanente prior to joining Cisco in 2010 .
She has been recognised as one of the 100 most influential women in supply chain , and is a fervent believer in raising the glass ceiling and providing programmes and services to women and girls as a board member and former president of the Silicon Valley non-profit YWCA .
