As working from home ( WFH ) begins to die back , and people return to the office , an unprecedented number of people globally are seeking fresh challenges . It ’ s the so-called ‘ Great Resignation ’. In an interview with McKinsey , US Army veteran turned businesswoman Adria Horn , says she thinks she knows why this is happening .
