W ithout a doubt , the distribution and

warehousing sector is at the threshold of a significant talent availability crunch that only threatens to worsen over time . And it ’ s not restricted to only hourly floor jobs and operations , but impacts all titles and positions across-the-board , including technical and professional staffs , supervisors , managers and even executives .
For example , between 2010 and 2020 , the number of available jobs in the supply chain will grow by 26 percent , according to Kronos .
