Looking ahead , McNiff believes there will be continued disruption to the supply chain and fresh challenges , such as inflationary pressure , but access to quality data can help mitigate these risks and make the organisation more resilient .
“ These disruptions will continue and so resilience becomes an imperative and an operating model . If your information flow is slower than your physical product , you ' ve got a problem . And for me , that ' s one thing that I think we are trying to help address ,” says McNiff .
“ We need to make sure that the information gets to the right people in a timely fashion so they can make accurate decisions and deliver against dynamic business outcomes .”
