Panzer serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Supply Chain Management for the Pharmaceuticals division of Bayer AG . In this role , it includes overseeing the supply of all pharma products including launch management for all three technological areas of small and large molecules and medical devices . Panzer ’ s department oversees the planning and execution of Bayer ’ s supply chain network from end-to-end within the organisation and is accountable for the inventories , S & OP / IBP , risk management as well as being the key interface partner for our commercial and marketing organisation .
