Improvement in electric charging infrastructure is critical to the successful electrification of HGV transport , but I ’ m heartened to see eHGVs entering into operations now . I ’ m also watching , with great interest , the development of e-fuels for aviation and shipping , which have the potential to make a huge impact on supply chain carbon emissions . Continued investment and innovation is going to be needed in abundance , but several solutions show real promise .

Through the work of our founder , Jim Thompson , we ’ ve built schools , funded hospices and through the years our team has been kind-hearted and good spirited , determined to give back to causes that we champion .
