Beth Enslow , with more than 20 years ' experience advising companies on supply chain optimisation , is insurance company Marsh ' s SVP of Supply Chain Risk Management . While previously SVP of Enterprise Research for the IT service Aberdeen Group , she lectured in Business at Toronto ' s York University . Enslow gained a degree in Engineering from Cornell University and has volunteered for the Reception House Waterloo Region in Disaster , Humanitarian Relief & Education , as well as a mental health group facilitator . Her previous roles have included Vice President of Contracts and Pricing for business consultants ICF ; Senior Director of Contracts and Subcontracts at defence and space manufacturer Engility Corporation ( formerly TASC ); and Division Director of Supply Chain at defence manufacturer Northrop Grumman . She holds an MBA in International Business from Darla Moore School of Business , a JD in International Business from University of South Carolina , and a BA in Economics with Business from Hollins University .
