When Sebastian joined LPP back in 2005 as Project Manager he had a clear goal - to set up LPP ’ s first automated distribution centre . Having achieved that , he took charge of processes optimisation and throughput development , attaining the role of Logistics Center Director and advanced to Supply Chain Management Director further down the line .
