She is also responsible for strategy and partnership development for network connections . Her organisation handles procurement functions including strategic sourcing , purchasing and supplier diversity , as well as sustainability , and supply chain logistics , managing approximately $ 70bn in spend . Johnson has been with AT & T for more than 20 years in a variety of roles , including management of investor relations , and most recently as Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain .

Her multi-industry career spans hospitality , consumer products and hospitality , with senior procurement and business services roles at global leaders including Pfizer , Merck , Mondelēz International , Hilton and Novo Nordisk . Colleagues and peers describe her as a “ great leader ” and a “ thoughtful procurement professional with great capacity for developing her people ”.
